Terms and Conditions for Equipment Rental

1. Introduction

Armour Leasing (“Company”) provides equipment rental services subject to the following terms and conditions. By renting equipment from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Equipment” refers to the items provided for rental.
  • “Renter” refers to the individual or entity renting the equipment.
  • “Rental Period” is the duration for which the equipment is rented.

3. Rental Agreement

The renter agrees to rent the equipment for the Rental Period specified in the rental agreement form.

4. Payment Terms

  • Rental fees are due as per the schedule outlined in the rental agreement.
  • A deposit may be required and is subject to return upon satisfactory return of the equipment.
  • Late payments incur penalties as detailed in the rental agreement.

5. Use of Equipment

The equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in a manner that does not risk damage or excessive wear.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

  • The Renter is responsible for routine maintenance during the Rental Period.
  • Any necessary repairs must be reported immediately to the Company.

7. Liability, Insurance, and Waiver

  • The Renter is liable for any damage or loss of equipment during the Rental Period.
  • Adequate insurance coverage is recommended.
  • Waiver for Injuries or Damages: The Renter waives any claim against the Company for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the equipment. This waiver does not apply to damages or injuries caused by the Company’s negligence.

8. Termination of Rental

  • The Rental Agreement can be

terminated by either party under conditions specified therein.

  • Equipment must be returned in good condition at the end of the Rental Period.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through negotiation, and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Any waiver of these terms must be in writing.
  • Amendments to these terms are effective only if agreed upon in writing.
